Splendors of Sevan
Pop-up dinner on Lake Sevan

Lake Sevan, one of the largest high-altitude freshwater lakes in Eurasia and Armenia’s largest body of water. Despite its cool waters and warm sun, Lake Sevan’s full potential as a local travel destination isn’t fully realized. We’re going to change that by taking one of our award-winning Wild Food Adventure menus to the lakeshore, where you’ll be able to spend time with fellow food adventurers in the water, under the sun, or in a local forest while a 3-course local meal is prepared right there on the shore. Transportation from and back to Yerevan included!

Menu

Welcome Honey Wine Cocktail & Amuse-Bouches

Appetizers

Local aveluk (sorrel) rolls

Spicy kidney bean salad

Local vegetable rolls, including wild sindrik (Solomon’s seal), carrot, and radish

Main Course
